Counseling

The Youth Home offers counseling services that include mental health counseling and crisis intervention. When needed, counseling services are available to juveniles through contractual agreement with community agencies. Group counseling periods are scheduled as needed. Counselors shall be available to talk with juveniles on a continous basis. A juvenile?s participation in individual counseling is voluntary. Crisis intervention counseling shall be provided in emergency situations as needed.
