Coordination with Community Agencies

The Director coordinates planning efforts with other community agencies to assure maximum use of available resources for detained youth. The Youth Home works with community agencies such as the court system, Office of Juvenile Justice, Department of Social Services, Community Guidance Clinic, and the Durham Center.
Parent Support Group? for parents and former/current residents to offer support and enhance parenting skills.
Major Grant?ensures former residents receive substance abuse after care when released from detention.
