Durham County Tax Administration has provided the ability to search Real Property Records and Tax Bill Search.

The Real Property Records allows the user to obtain, ownership as of January 1, value of improvements and land, photo of improvement, sales information for the last three (3) years, view the tax bill for the parcel and GIS Map.

The Tax Bill Search allows the user to obtain a copy of a bill or internet receipt for their Real Property, Registered Motor Vehicles, and Personal Property. The user may also pay taxes online by credit card or electronic check.
