School Resource Officers
The S.R.O. (School Resource Officer) program places officers in schools in an effort to create and maintain a safer learning environment. SRO?s fulfill three major roles - law enforcement officer, counselor and teacher. As law enforcement officers their primary purpose is to keep the peace. As counselors they provide guidance to students and act as links to support services both inside and outside the school and as teachers they share their special expertise in the classroom.

Our S.R.O. program has achieved tremendous results.  The curriculum and philosophy which we offer to the schools has been tested over the last few years and has proven to be one that has helped our officers establish a rapport with the students, their parents and school staff.
