To provide the highest level of effective customer relations in technical problem resolution, while enhancing user productivity, promoting user education, and enhancing user satisfaction.

The IT Help Desk is available to all Durham County employees. Please call (919) 560-7015. | The primary responsibilities of the Help Desk are:
- The first IT contact for the Users
- Resolve all calls pertaining to specified tasks
- Generate/refer work orders for other tasks to appropriate personnel
At present we support the IBM AS/400, S/390, Novel NT, Windows 95 and Microsoft Office 95, Office 97 and Office 2000.
