Personal Leave
Sick Leave
  • 12 days earned each year.
  • Unlimited accumulation.
  • Maybe used for illness or medical appointments.
Funeral Leave
  • Up to 3 days per fiscal year to attend the funeral in the case of death of an immediate family member.
Family Leave and Medical Leave
  • Paid benefits for eligible employees who must care for a family member or employees with a serious medical condition.
Military Leave
  • Up to 96 hours of paid leave in any calendar year.
Volunteer Program
  • Employees may take up to 4 hours per month, with supervisors approval, to volunteer in County endorsed volunteer activities.
