HOW TO DO BUSINESS WITH DURHAM COUNTY
Durham County Purchasing is pleased to have this opportunity to add you to our Vendor/ Bidder's list. We encourage and solicit your business. It is our desire to make contracting with the County a rewarding experience for all parties involved.
Please note any and all of our purchasing staff members stand ready to assist in any way by answering questions you may have or by providing a more detailed explanation of the procurement process.
We eagerly await your participation in our endeavor to supply the County with the best possible products and services at the best possible prices. Durham County Purchasing maintains an automated bidder's list of all categories of supplies and services procured by the County. To be added to the County's automated vendor/ bidder list, the business owner must complete and submit a vendor application and a W-9 Form. The Vendor Application and W-9 Form provides the County with data needed to create a vendor in the automated system.
