n Wednesday, May 19, special guests gathered at Emergency
Medical Services Station 1, located at 402 Stadium Drive, to recognize
EMS' 35th anniversary. A short program and celebratory
meal included cheers and reflections of fond memories. The joyous
occasion took place during the annual EMS Week, May 16-
22. The EMS Honor Guard's first official function took place
when they present colors at the Durham Bulls baseball game on
Saturday, May 22. National EMS Week was recognized at the
event.
