Sample Ballots for the June 24, 2008 2nd Primary and Run-Off Election

All ballots are County-Wide.  There is a potential of two races on the ballot:
     1)  Democratic 2nd Primary for Commissioner of Labor.
     2)  Run-Off Election for the Non-Partisan Durham County School Board At-Large position.

There are three ballot types.  The ballot type will depend on the voters party affiliation and age:

• D-01  For all registered Democrats age 18 and above and Unaffiliated Voters 18 and above who initially chose a Democratic ballot in the Primary in May or who did not vote in May.
   
• D-02  For 17 year-old voters who will be 18 by November 4, 2008 and who are registered Democrats or Unaffiliated Voters  who initially chose a Democratic ballot in the Primary in May or who did not vote in May.
   
• N-01  For all registered Republicans age 18 and above and Unaffiliated Voters 18 and above who initially chose a Republican ballot in the Primary in May or who did not vote in May.
