I also understand that if the property is located in a Historic District and it may be subject to additional provisions of Article 3 of the Unified Development Ordinance including approval by the Historic Preservation Commission prior to any changes to the property such as exterior renovations, demolition, etc. This property could also need to be brought up to code with the Minimum Housing Code of the City of Durham.
