Becky M. Heron
Commissioner Heron has served as County Commissioner for 25 years, having served as chairman 1994-1996. Commissioner Heron has called Durham home for over 57 years. She's married to Duncan Heron, a retired Professor of Geology at Duke University. They have 2 children; Stephen Duncan Heron, III and Stephani Emmons and 4 grandchildren. She received an AB degree from University of South Carolina. |
