Mr. Ralph McKinney has requested time on the agenda to make comments to the Board of County Commissioners.

2. Citizen Comment—Edward C. DeVito Sr.

Mr. Edward C. DeVito Sr. has requested time on the agenda to make comments to the Commissioners regarding the Durham Public Schools dropout rate.

3. Final Summary of Proposals to Lease Durham Regional Hospital

Mr. Phil Geissinger of Public Consulting Group, Inc. and the County Manager will present a final summary of proposals for the lease of Durham Regional Hospital. This summary will revolve around the Guiding Principles which the Board of County Commissioners has previously stated were of the most importance to the Durham community. Mr. Geissinger and the County Manager will also be prepared to make a recommendation, in our opinion, as to the entity which best meets the Commissioners’ adopted Guiding Principles.
